YELI, Youth Empowerment and Leadership Initiative, ASBL. is the catalyst for positive change and leadership development through awareness, engagement ,empowerment , transformation, Volunteerism , Integrity, Excellence, Diversity and Community Partnership .

. Engagement : Connecting current members and YELI participants to the resources of each other and of the community so they are inspired to be more active leaders.

. Volunteerism : Volunteerism is the heart and soul of our organization. We appreciate the myriad contributions of our volunteers, and recognize the power of thank you and of giving back.
